"Obstacle Course", Balance, walking forward, stepping on objects
Stand up straight with some objects laid out, evenly spaced on the floor in front of you.
Step on the first object and then step your other leg through to step on the following object.
Continue this sequence, stepping one foot on all of the objects.
Required equipment: BOSU ball, Wobble board, Wobble cushion / foam
