"Skate Jumps", with cable machine, arms at sides
Stand up straight next to the cable machine.
Place the belt of the cable machine around your waist.
When ready, jump to the side away from the machine with one leg.
Quickly bring the other foot next to the leg you jumped with.
Quickly jump towards the machine using the opposite leg.
Keep your arms at your sides while you complete the jumps.
Repeat the movement.
