'Gait' Walking forward, drag resisted, arms out to sides (level 2)

Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist, with your back to the wall.
Hold a paddle in each hand with your palms facing forwards.
Keep your arms out to your side and walk to the other side of the pool.
