4-point gait with elbow crutches ('Gait training' Step through, with forearm crutches - 4-point)
Stand up straight with your elbow crutches by your side.
Place your right elbow crutch approximately one foot in front of you.
Step your left leg forwards so it is in line with this crutch.
Place your left elbow crutch approximately one foot in front of your left leg.
Step your right leg forwards so it is in line with this crutch.
Continue this sequence, keeping your gaze directly ahead.
