4 point kneel (forearms on box) arm/leg raise
Kneel with your forearms on box.
Stabilize your hips.
Stretch one leg out behind you.
Remember not to sway and rotate in the hip.
Hold the leg and then extend the other side arm.
Do not allow your body or hips to rotate.
Return to starting position and then switch sides.
