AAROM elbow flexion/extension seated (Elbow flexion/extension AAROM, sitting)
Sit upright in a chair and have an assistant hold your weaker arm.
Ask your assistant to help lift your arm away from your body.
Straighten your elbow then bend it in towards you.
You should perform the movement of the elbow, with your assistant only taking the weight of your arm.
