AAROM elbow flexion sitting (Elbow flexion AAROM, sitting)
Sit upright in a chair facing a table with an assistant on your weaker side.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your forearm outstretched.
Keeping your body still bend your elbow allowing your assistant to take some of the weight.
Slowly lower your forearm back down to the table.
If you do not have an assistant you may complete this exercise with the help of your stronger arm.
Required equipment: Table, Assistant, Chair
