AAROM elbow flexion supine (Elbow flexion AAROM, supine)
Lie on your back with your arms by your side and a helper on your weaker side.
With support from the helper, bend your elbow bringing your hand to touch your shoulder.
You should initiate the movement with the helper only taking some of the weight of your arm.
Control the movement as you slowly straighten your arm back down to your side.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
