AAROM hip internal rotation in prone (Hip internal rotation AAROM with strap, leg bent in prone; 01)
Place a belt or a strap over the foot of the affected leg, and lie on your stomach.
Bend this knee to 90 degrees, and gently pull the strap out to the side so that your hip rotates, and hold this position.
Required equipment: Strap, Adjustable plinth/bed
