AAROM shoulder adduction/abduction in standing

Hold a stick in both hands in front of you.
Lift your arms over your head until your fists are pointing up at the ceiling.
Keeping your torso still and upright, move your arms out to one side and then to the other.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions and then relax.
