AAROM standing unilateral shoulder horizontal extension TA (Shoulder horizontal abduction turbulence assisted, hand on float, standing)
You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Stand upright in the water with a wall to your side and your affected arm on the surface of the water.
Hold a small float in your hand with your elbow straight.
Keeping your arm on the surface of the water, try to take your arm out to your side as your assistant generates turbulence to assist this movement.
Return to the start position and repeat.
Required equipment: Assistant, Float - kickboard
