AAROM wrist flexion (Wrist flexion AROM, over edge, palm down - assist as needed)
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your forearm on a table next to you, with your hand and wrist over the edge and turn your palm to face down.
Drop your hand down, bending your wrist.
Make sure your forearm doesn't move too.
You can use the other hand to help.
Hold this position.
