Active assisted seated chest press with stick
You may require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Start in sitting with a stick held in both hands on your lap.
Practice pushing the stick forwards then pulling back into your chest.
Your assistant can help guide your arm through the movement if required.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
