Active assisted shoulder flexion in sitting with a stick
You may require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Start in sitting with a stick held in both hands on your lap.
Practice lifting the stick as high as possible, then slowly lowering it down.
Your assistant can help guide your arm through the movement if required.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
