Active hip flexion in standing (Hip flexion AROM, to 90° (alternate), standing beside chair)

Stand behind a chair and hold onto the back rest.
Raise your affected leg until you reach your pain threshold.
Do not move your leg more than 90 degrees to your torso.
Return to the starting position.
Complete one set and then repeat with your other leg.
