Active knee extension supine ("Quad sets" Knee terminal extension strengthening, roller under ankle, supine)
Lie on your back with a rolled-up towel or pillow underneath your heel.
Try and straighten out your leg, the goal is to try and get the back aspect of the knee as close to the bed as possible, using the muscles in your thigh.
Required equipment: Towel, Adjustable plinth/bed
