Adapted step into lunge (Lunge, forward; 01)

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Keeping your body upright, take a step forwards on your unaffected leg, then gently bend both knees.
Push back up to the starting position, and repeat.
Make sure that your knee travels directly forwards whilst you complete this movement.
Keep your body up straight throughout the exercise.
