Adaptive overhead press ("Overhead press" Shoulder strengthening, with weight machine, sitting; 01)

Wheelchair users.
Lift the detent pin and lock to the OUT position.
Rotate the seat outwards to allow access.
Start with your hands slightly above your shoulders and choose a suitable grip.
Press the handles directly upwards until your arms are fully extended.
Return to the start position.
