Adaptive prone row with barbell ("Row, prone" Core/scapular stabilization, with barbell)

Lie on your front and take hold of the bar using an underhand grip.
Remove the bar from the rack.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down and bring the bar up towards the bench.
Pause for two seconds and then lower the bar in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended.
Return the bar to the rack in a controlled manner.
