Wheelchair users.
Lift the detent pin and lock to the OUT position.
Rotate the seat outwards to allow access.
Adjust the handles are level with your shoulders.
Adjust the chest pad to allow you to reach the handles comfortably.
Choose a suitable hand grip.
Pull the handles until your elbows are just past your sides.
Return to the start position.
