Advice - lying to sitting ('ADL' Bed mobility - from lying to sitting)

Lie on a bed flat on your back.
Bend your right knee, sliding the right heel along the bed.
Bend the left knee in the same manner.
To roll onto your left side do the following.
Place your left hand on the outside of your thigh.
Roll onto the left side, in one smooth movement by turning your head, reaching your right arm across and dropping your knees to the left.
Stay in this position and place your right hand just in front of your left shoulder.
Move your legs towards the edge of the bed and take your feet just off the edge
As your feet move off the edge of the bed use this momentum to push off with your left hand and dig your left elbow in to the bed to sit up.  (it says left to time in the video, but when we look at the video we clearly see its a mistake and its right and and left elbow)
Use both hands by your hips to shift your sitting bones to the edge of the bed.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
