Agility – acceleration / deceleration with lateral shuffle ("COD (shuffle)" Fwd sprint/sidestep shuffle, cones 0-shape)

Place six cones on the ground in front of you, as shown in the diagram.
Start next to cone one, facing cone two.
When ready, sprint to cone two then decelerate and side shuffle to cone thee.
Sprint to cone four, then side shuffle to cone five.
Then sprint to cone six.
Keep your centre of gravity low throughout this exercise.
Repeat.
