Agility – change of direction – figure of 8 cutting run – sidestep, sprint and jog backwards - advanced ("COD (figure of 8)" Sidestep/fwd sprint/bwd jog, cones U-shape; 01)

Place five cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
When ready, sidestep to cone two then sidestep to cone three.
Next, sprint to cone four and then sidestep to cone five.
Finally, jog backwards to cone two and then sidestep to cone three.
Repeat.
