Agility – recovery run from side lying ("COD (accel/decel)" Fwd sprint/stop, from side lying)

Place four cones on the ground in front of you to form two gates, as shown in the diagram.
Lie down on your side behind gate one.
When ready, spring up to your feet then immediately sprint towards gate two.
Decelerate and stop suddenly at the gate.
Pause briefly, then return to the start, and repeat.
