Alternate AROM finger extension (Finger extension strengthening, one at a time (bilateral), palm down)

Sit up straight with your hands palm down on a table.
Spread your fingers out.
Keeping your fingers straight, lift one up and down at a time, starting with your index finger.
Ensure you keep your palm on the table throughout, and your finger completely straight.
