Alternate forward arm punches in sitting ("Punching arms" Forward, cardiovascular workout, sitting)

Sit up straight in a chair.
If you can, try to sit without using the back support of the chair.
Keeping your posture up straight, punch one hand forward.
As you bring this arm in, punch the other arm forward.
Continue this movement at a stead pace, trying to increase the speed if you can without losing your balance and posture.
