Alternate Lunges jumping - cable machine

Stand in front of the machine with the strap placed above your ankle joint.
Start in a lunge position, with legs in a wide stride and both knees at ninety degrees.
Jump up and switch legs, landing back in the opposite lunge.
Notice your knees travel directly forwards over your toes and be careful not to twist your trunk.
