Alternate rowing with trunk rotation

Sit up straight in the chair holding the ends of a resistance band in each hand.
The band should be looped around a solid object, such as a post.
Keeping your neck long and your abdominal muscles tightened, pull your shoulder blades back, then bend your elbow to draw it in towards your side.
While pulling the resistance band to one side, rotate your trunk to the same direction.
Control the movement as you allow your arm to stretch back out in front of you.
Repeat the movement with the opposite arm, keeping your posture and balance.
