Alternating arm and leg lift in prone (Superman)

Lie on your stomach, neck in neutral position and straight arms above your head. Draw in your lower abdominal muscles.

Lift one arm and opposite leg and hold. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat with the other side.

Note: Instead of lifting as high as possible, focus on lengthening the lifted arm and leg.
