Alternating elbow flexion with weight - version 1

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell in each hand. Palms facing forwards.

Bend one elbow and bring your palm towards your shoulder.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
Ensure the movement remains within your arms and you are not using your hips or shoulders.
