Alternating Push Up with a Step

In a push up position on your hands and toes. One hand on a step board.

Lower your chest towards the floor and push back up. Bring the hand from the floor across the other hand on the step board and move the other hand onto the floor. Lower your chest towards the floor, push back up and return to the starting position by changing the hand on the step.
