Alternating reverse toe taps with support

Stand with your back to the step holding on to a support.
Try to stand as tall as you can with your head held high.
Lift one leg and bend the knee.
Take the foot back and touch the step with your toes.
Bend the knee and return to the starting position.
Repeat with the other leg.
