Alternating row with trunk rotation in standing

Stand and hold the ends of an exercise band with your elbows straight and arms lifted forward.
The band is secured in front of you at chest level, and the slack is taken off.
In turns, pull your elbows back.
Let your upper back rotate along with the rowing movement.
Keep you back and neck long and hips pointing forwards.
