Ankle bounding (Jumping, on the spot, ankling (bilateral), quickly)

Stand in a ready position with your knees bent and hips back.
Keeping your chest facing straight ahead, rapidly jump slightly off the floor pulling your toes up towards your shins.
Land on the balls of your feet and jump again.
Continue for the prescribed amount of time.
