Isometric ankle dorsiflexion (Ankle dorsiflexion strengthening isometric, against opposite foot, sitting)

Sit up straight in a chair.
Place your good foot on top of your affected foot.
Try to lift the ball of your affected foot upwards, resisting the movement with your good foot.
Hold this position.
