Aquatic Dynamic Hip Abduction/Adduction Movements

Stand in chest deep water facing the pool side. Hold the hand rail or pool side with one hand to help maintain balance.

Lift one leg out to the side about 15 cm. Move your leg rapidly for side to side in a small motion of no more than 20 cm. Toes are always facing forwards.
