Aquatic Hip Internal/External Rotation with Abduction
Stand in chest deep water facing the side. Hold the hand rail or pool side with one hand to help maintain balance.
Lift your leg out to the side about 15 cm. Move your leg rapidly in small circular motions of no more than 20 cm, the smaller the better. Toes are always facing forwards.
