Aquatic Non Weight Bearing Hip Flexion/Extension

Before entering the water place an aqua running belt around your waist, just above your hip bones and tighten it as much as possible, the tighter the better. Once in the pool assume an almost vertical position, slightly tipped forward. Your neck is straight and you are not pointing your chin out forwards. During aqua running imagine that your chest bone moves forwards, not your chin.

Swing legs forwards and backwards as far as possible. Keep knees straight at all times.
