Aquatic Scapula Protraction with Board

Stand in chest deep water with a float underneath each hand. Lean forwards onto the floats as far as you can (heels can rise up but always keep contact with the bottom of the pool with your toes). Press hands into the floats while pushing your body away.

Slowly lift one leg up backwards until it is in line with your spine. Hold, then return to the starting position. Repeat with your other leg.

Do not relax your stomach or arm muscles at any time. Constantly push your body lightly away and up with the arm you are not moving. Keep your spine straight and still at all times.
