Aquatic Supported Scapula Protraction with Hip Extension

Stand in chest deep water in front of steps or a chair which is about 60 cm underwater. Place both hands, with fingers pointing forwards, onto the step and lean your bodyweight onto your arms. Press hands into the surface while pushing your body away.

Take one leg back and lift off the bottom of the pool. Hold and lower. Repeat with the other leg. Constantly push your body away lightly with your arms.
