Aquatic shoulder abduction stretch, BA

Lean against a wall with your chin just at water level and back fully resting against the wall. Squat down if depth is not sufficient. Arms are hanging down by your side. Place a flotation device around your wrist.

Allow your arm to rise up out to the side as far as possible. Relax and stretch.
