Aquatic Squat with Arm Raise

Aquatic Squat with Arm Raise

Stand in chest deep water with your legs hip width apart and your arms hanging down by your side. Squat down and at the same time lift your arms out in front of you. Lower your body until the water covers your shoulders and your arms are completely underwater.

Slowly lift one arm 5 cm above the surface. Hold and slowly lower back to the starting position. Repeat with the other side. Do not allow any other part of your body to move.

To increase difficulty move your feet closer together.
