Aquatic Supine Hip Abduction/Adduction Mobility
Lie on your back holding the hand rail and resting your head on the side of the pool/hand rail. Flotation devices are placed around your ankles. Your pelvis can be supported by a buoyancy aid (e.g. aqua jogging belt or woggle).
Move legs out to the side as far as possible. Hold and bring legs back together.
