Arm curl and shoulder flexion

Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Keep your upper arms close to your sides and bend your elbows to 90 degrees with your palms facing up.
Keep your elbows bent and bring the weight up and behind your head so that your elbows point straight ahead.
Reverse the movement back to the starting position.
