Arm curl and shoulder flexion - Version 2

Stand with the weights in both hands.
Keep your elbows close to your side as you bend the elbow, bringing the weights towards your shoulders.
Keeping your elbows bent, continue to lift your elbows up to the ceiling, your hands will move behind your head with this movement.
Reverse the movements to bring it back down to the start position.
