Arm Swing with Spine Rotation

Shoulder width stance. Bend the knees softly. Lengthen the spine and tuck the chin in.

Twist the upper body, swinging the arms around the waist and 'hitting' the hip with your arm.

After the hip 'hit', let the arms swing to the other side.

Continue the relaxed swing and 'hit' with the back of your hand against the lower back and kidney area to stimulate energy flow.
