AROM finger flexion to extension with abduction (Finger flexion/extension AROM, palms down - opening/closing fists)
Sit or stand up straight.
Make a tight fist with your fingers, curling your fingers all the way in.
Squeeze your thumb to the side of your fingers.
Then straighten your fingers and thumb all the way out, spreading your fingers as far as they will go.
Repeat the movement at a steady pace
