AROM Forearm pronation/supination (elbow bent)

Start in a seated position with your elbow on the table.
Bend your elbow so that your fingertips points towards the ceiling.
Support the forearm with the other hand.
Turn your palm toward you and away from you.
Repeat the movement without moving your trunk or shoulder.
