AROM forearm pronation/supination (fist)
Sit or stand up straight.
Bend your elbow and bring your hands in front of you.
Make fists with both hands.
Turn your palms to face the ceiling.
Then rotate to turn your palm to face the floor.
Continue this movement.
It is important the movement only comes from your forearm, so ensure you do not allow your upper arm or body to twist.
