AROM hip flexion (standing) (Hip flexion AROM, standing beside chair; 02)

Stand up straight holding onto a chair or supportive surface.
Lift your leg up in front of you with your knee bent.
Slowly lower your leg back down.
Make sure you keep your back straight throughout.
